January 1 Last day to file a drop to remove course from student's record (three week session)
January 2  - January 17 Spring 2025 Three Week Session
January 2  Financial Aid credited to bill if enrolled in the three week session.

January 2  Residence Halls Open 9:00am.
January 2  Last day to change a course registration to Credit/No Credit (three week session)
January 2  Last day to drop a class and receive a full refund (three week session)
January 3  Late Registration begins ($15.00 late registration fee assessed)
January 3  Permission from department chairperson for late registration for three week session courses.

January 4 Last day to drop a class and receive a partial refund (three week session)
January 2 - January 12  All course withdrawals noted with a grade of "W" on academic record (three week session)
January 10  Financial Aid credited to bill if enrolled in the regular session only
January 13  Last day to withdraw from one or more courses for the three week session
January 15  Grading opens (three week session)
January 17 Classes end and final examinations (three week session)
January 20 Martin Luther King Day (Student and Staff Holiday - 体育菠菜大平台 offices closed)
January 21 - May 16 Spring 2025 Regular Academic Session
January 21  Grading closes (three week session)
January 24  Last day to drop a full semester course and receive 100% refund
January 24  Last day to file a drop to remove full semester course from student's record
January 25  Late Registration begins ($15.00 late registration fee assessed)
January 25  - January 31  Permission from department chairperson for late registration for full semester courses.
February 1 - February 14 Permission from instructor and department chairperson for late registration for full semester courses via Schedule Change form on MyBLUE.
January 27 - April 18 All course withdrawals noted with a grade of "W" on academic record  
January 30  E-bill notifications sent to students Lopermail account.
January 31  Last day to drop a full semester course and receive 75% refund
February 1  Final day to apply for a degree in May ($25.00 fee due with application)
February 6 Correction Rosters Open
February 7 Last day to withdraw from a full semester course and receive a 50% refund
February 13 Correction Rosters Close
February 14 Last day to withdraw from a full semester course and receive a 25% refund
February 20  Last day to submit tuition and fees payment without penalty
February 26  Early-Term Grading for full semester courses opens
March 4  Early-Term Grading for full semester courses closes
March 12  Mini-session grading opens
March 16  - March 23  Spring Semester Break (Student Holiday)
March 18  Mini-session grading closes
March 25  Academic Advising Begins
March 28 Last day to change a full semester courses registration to Credit/No Credit
